Product defect, damaged, or our error return
If the product is returned due to product defect, damaged, or our error within 30 days of receiving the product, Metpure Inc. will refund 100% of the product purchase price, including shipping and return costs, upon receiving the product return. If a replacement is arranged, then no refund will be provided.
Returns due to reasons other than product defect, damaged, or our error
● To receive refunds or replacements, all returns must be done within 30 days of receiving the product. After 30 days, returns and replacements are subject to General Warranty Policy.
● If your product was returned due to reasons other than product defect, damaged, or our error, the product must be returned in resell-as-new condition, meaning that it can be resold right away in its returned condition and packaging, to receive a full product refund.
● If the product was returned used and was not defective, or if cannot be resold in resell-as-new condition, depending on the return product condition determined by Metpure Inc., up to 50% fee will be deducted from the product refund balance.
● If the product was returned incomplete, depending on the return product condition determined by Metpure Inc., up to 50% fee will be deducted from the product refund balance.
● All original shipping and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to product defect, damaged, or our error.
● For a refund, all returns must be requested from original purchaser on the order and proof of purchase is required.
Exceptions/non-returnable/non-refundable items
● Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as personal protective equipment). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us at support@metpure.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
● No returns/refunds on gift cards.
● No refunds will be issued for items that were originally given FREE through promotions such as B1G1 FREE or provided FREE in a kit or pack, or was given as a gift or courtesy.
● Retail customers who wish to initiate a product return within the 30 days after you recieved your shipment, you can log into your account, go to the order history, and start a return. Use the generated return label to ship the item back in its original box and weight with the RMA label inside the package.
● Resellers and business account customers wishing to make a return need to contact Metpure Inc. customer service.
● When returning a product, use its original box. If you no longer have the original box, use a box of the same dimensions. Make sure to wrap the parts in plastic before shipping.
● To prevent return shipping damage, repack the product in the same manner that it originally came with.
● Include everything that was shipped to you in the original box, including all parts, manual, and any free promotional items.
● Drain all water from any product before shipping.
● To avoid refund deductions, unless defective or damaged, return all products in resell-as-new condition.
● Include receipt along with your RMA Number in the return shipment box.

Refunds are provided in the same form as the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process and are only processed after the return is received. The amount of the refund will be based on the reason of return and condition of the return package. The refund amount is equal to the amount you paid at check out unless other charges are applied to the balance of your refund such as product shipping and return cost, non-complete return deduction, and non-resell-as-new condition return deduction.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and be in resell-as-new condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return must be requested from original purchaser on the order and proof of purchase is required.
