Metpure 100% melt-blown polypropylene. This filter is made with a radial multi-gradient tight-packed structure polypropylene fiber designed to maximize impurity holding capacity and to provide an optimal filtration result and service life. 

  • For drinking water applications. Food grade. BPA free.
  • Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the filter.
  • Flush the filter with at least 3 gallons of water prior to usage or if contains carbon, until black carbon residue disappears.
  • Use proper filter housing matching the specs of this filter.
  • Temperature rating range at 40-160 F.
  • 5 micron.
  • Service life: 6-12 months.
  • QTY: 6 per box.
