This product does not require battery power, so the product will continue to work 24/7, never worrying about the device malfunctioning without power.
[INSTALLATION] This product can be universally connected to your existing 3/8" water filtration systems supply line. To replace the sponge, flip open the lever, take out the used sponge, dry out the the leak detector, replace with new dry sponge in dry leak detector sponge holder.
