    Product Description & Overview

    Branch or reduce a water filtration line with this quick connect male run tee. It joins 3/8" OD tubing, 1/4" OD tubing and a 1/4" male threaded port in one fitting, which is useful for adding a gauge, valve or second line.

    • Connections: 3/8" OD quick connect x 1/4" male thread x 1/4" OD quick connect
    • Type: male run tee
    • Material: food-grade virgin polypropylene, rated 120 psi
    • Seal: EPDM O-ring, stainless steel gripping teeth
    • Compliant with: NSF/ANSI 61
    • Tubing: PE, LLDPE, polyethylene, nylon, PEX and other standard RO tubing
    • Water: potable and non-potable
    • Use: RO systems, water filters, ice makers, coffee machines, water coolers

    Install and release: cut the tubing squarely and push it in until it stops. To remove it, relieve the water pressure, push the collet in and pull the tubing out.

    Installation

    Quick-connect end: cut the tubing square, push it in firmly until it stops, then tug to confirm it holds. To release, press the collet in and pull the tube out.

    Threaded end (plastic): wrap the male threads with PTFE tape; do not use pipe dope on plastic threads. Thread in by hand, then 1 to 2 more turns with a wrench. Do not overtighten.
